Common questions
Is there a setup or onboarding fee? +
No. Setup, configuration, staff onboarding, and training are included in all plans. We handle everything โ you do not need to allocate IT resources.
How long does it take to go live? +
Typically 1 business day from agreement signature. We need your staff list (names + roles) and department names. That is all. No server setup, no IT project.
Do you charge per user or per seat? +
No. All plans are per-facility, not per-user. You can add as many doctors, interpreters, porters, or nurses as needed with no additional cost.
Can we do a pilot before committing? +
Yes. We offer a 30-day pilot in your live environment with real staff. If it does not deliver measurable operational improvement, you do not pay for the full subscription.
Is there a minimum contract length? +
Month-to-month by default. Annual contracts are available at a better rate. We do not believe in forcing retention โ the product keeps you.
Can the app be branded with our hospital logo? +
Yes โ on the Full Deployment and Enterprise plans. Your logo appears on the login screen and the app is named after your hospital on every staff home screen.
What determines the price? +
Three factors: number of modules, hospital size (number of beds / departments), and support level. We quote within 24 hours of a brief call โ no lengthy procurement process needed.
